Returns are accepted only under the following conditions. Please read carefully before raising a return request.
1. Defective Product
A return will only be accepted if the product received is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered. Returns due to change of mind, size preference, or colour variation are not accepted.
2. Original Bill / Invoice
You must provide the original invoice received with your order. Without a valid bill, the return request cannot be processed. Please retain your invoice until you are satisfied with the product.
3. Unboxing Video Required
A clear, uncut unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests. The video must show the sealed package being opened with the defect visible. Returns without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained.
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us via WhatsApp or email along with the invoice and unboxing video.
